ABOUT

For over 10 years, I have been devoted to supporting personal growth, mental health, and inner healing.

Behind my coaching work, I am just like you. I have walked through my own inner wounds. There was a time in my life when I was carrying a lot of anger, inner pain, and uncertainty — about myself and about life itself.

My journey of self-discovery and my curiosity about our inner world taught me that lasting change must begin within. I also came to see that even the most challenging parts of ourselves — those often rejected or judged by society — can be met with compassion, understood with patience, and ultimately transformed.

No matter where you are in life right now, inner harmony, calm, and joy are possible — and the path toward them doesn’t have to be hard, overwhelming, or unpleasant. I’ve walked this path myself. What’s needed is a safe space and a compassionate, experienced guide to support you as you explore your inner world.

I bring curiosity, compassion, and hope to those who feel stuck, carry inner pain, or feel trapped in patterns that seem impossible to break. I offer a space free from judgment, comparison, or labels. I genuinely care about people and hold the understanding that what we struggle with is not who we are — it is shaped by what we have lived through, often beginning in early childhood and sometimes across generations.

"I believe that at our core, we are all kind and loving. What has separated us from ourselves and from one another is not our true nature, but the experiences in which safety, love, and deep understanding were missing."

- ŠÁRKA

There was a period in my life when I was searching for myself — longing to understand who I truly was and to heal my low self-esteem, passivity, anger, sensitivity, and self-blame. I also longed to find my purpose and meaning in life, to finally feel that I was here for a reason.

I invested much of my free time and resources into books, courses, therapy, festivals, and workshops related to mental health. My journey included shamanism, Vipassana, breathwork, kinesiology, coaching and many others. Each offered something meaningful, yet none fully aligned with what I deeply sensed and needed within myself.

The approach I offer here is truly unique. It is not so much a method, but a way of living. IFS approach can profoundly shift how you see yourself and how you relate to others — from contempt to acceptance, from hatred to understanding, from pain to calm, from fear to comfort and inner safety. You begin to understand that every aspect of your personality, even the ones you most reject, carries a positive intention, and that only through compassion, understanding, and acceptance can true transformation occur.
